Amissah Arthur Is Ghana's New Vice President

Mr Kwesi Amissah Arthur has been confirmed Vice President to President Mahama.

He was until his appointment, the governor of the Bank of Ghana. 

President John Dramani Mahama was constitutionally sworn into office following the sudden death of President John Atta Mills.
