University Teachers Association call off strike 

The University Teachers Association of Ghana, UTAG, has called off its strike.  

The lecturers were protesting against the delay in settlement of their ten month salary arrears under the Single Spine Salary Structure.  

The President of UTAG, Dr. Anthony Simon, told GBC's Radio Ghana that the lecturers are satisfied with government's response to their demands.
