Activities of traders becoming sophisticated – Trade Ministry
The Chief Director of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Nii Ansah-Adjaye, says activities of importers and exporters are becoming sophisticated and this easily escapes the attention of customs officials.

He underscored the need for constant training for custom officials to enhance their knowledge on how to check under and over valuation of goods in order to improve the country's revenue from the import trade.

Nii Ansah-Adjaye was speaking at the close of a training programme on customs valuation in Accra.
