Thanksgiving Service throughout the country

Most churches on Sunday organised thanksgiving services in memory of late Prof. J. E. A Mills throughout the country.

At the Mount Calvary Assemblies of God Church in Accra, the Resident Pastor, Rev. Darlington Appiah led the congregation to thank God for a successful funeral for the late President.

Prayers were also said for the Funeral Planning Committee for the excellent job done, the President and his Vice, members of the Council of State and the entire nation.

In an interview with Radio Ghana, Rev. Darlington said he was motivated to offer special prayers for the peace of the nation.
